Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable however we can reschedule with notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Weather: In case of inclement weather we will reach out to reschedule you to another date. Live animals: While all animals that we use for photography sessions are gentle and trained, they are still live animals so we cannot guarantee their poses/behavior during sessions. Also, we ask that all guests are comfortable being around animals however we can work with everyone to make sure they are at a comfortable distance.
